SUPERMAN !!!!!!!!

Maths Games

This is Tasman school playing maths games.

We're practising basic facts.

Elections

This term we were studying political parties such as...Green, NZ first, Act, Maori, Progressive, Bill and Ben, and the battle out between Labour and National. On Saturday our parents voted. Labour got outvoted by National and Helen Clark resigned.

Buddy Reading

We are a friendly school. We believe buddy reading helps not just the younger children but the older children as well. The younger children learn to read and we get to communicate what we know.

Marble Season

We enjoy the marble season.
It is exciting because you might win or lose your marbles.

Ski trip to rainbow

Mrs Shand in action!
On Friday the 22nd of August Tasman school went on a ski field trip up to the stunning Rainbow Ski field. We were assigned cars at school, we travelled to the ski field and when we got to the car park we hopped into a bus and drove up the treachous icey path to the ski field. We all enjoyed the day and thanks to Mr Campell for organising this awesome thriller of a day.

Big Day Out

Today we went to Founders Park for a play and look around. Many thanks to all who helped to give us a fun day away from our textbooks!

Room4 Marahau Camp

Back in term 1 we had an awesome camp at Marahau in which we took on many new challenges. It was a great way to get to know each other better and learn to support each other as a team.
